The invention discloses an automatic cleaning device for water surface garbage, which is used for cleaning various household garbage floating on the water surface, and comprises a capturing bin for buffering and conveying the captured water surface garbage; the central processing bin is coaxially connected with the capturing bin, and the collected garbage on the water surface is primarily processed in the central processing bin; the tail bin is coaxially connected with the central processing bin, and the water surface garbage is finally processed and stored in the bin; the balance wings are circumferentially distributed on the outer surface of the straight barrel part of the tail bin, rotate automatically and provide rising force or downward force for the device while balancing the device; the water pump chambers are symmetrically fixed on the outer surface of the central processing bin; the stirring wings are symmetrically fixed on the outer surface of the central processing bin; and the spray head provides high-pressure water flow. Compared with the prior art, the device is small in size, flexible to move and capable of adsorbing water surface garbage which is difficult to clean at dead corners.
