The invention discloses a buried pipe structure below a building foundation and a drilling construction method of the buried pipe structure, and mainly relates to the technical field of ground sourceheat pump heat exchange technology. The buried pipe structure comprises an earth surface and a garage. A total water distributing and collecting device is arranged on the earth surface. A secondary water distributing and collecting device is arranged on the side wall of the garage. The total water distributing and collecting device and the secondary water distributing and collecting device are connected through a main pipe. The secondary water distributing and collecting device is connected with a horizontal buried pipe below a garage foundation base through a connecting pipe on the outer sideof a wall body. The horizontal buried pipe is connected with double U-shaped buried pipes in vertical drilling holes which are distributed in a matrix mode. When the area above the ground cannot meetdrilling requirements, drilling construction may be carried out below a building foundation so as to solve the problem of insufficient drilling areas.
