The invention discloses a construction method of a strong-corrosion stratum stratum buried pipe foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that seepage prevention is carried outon a high-pressure-spraying anti-seepage wall around a foundation pit, slope excavation is carried out on a buried pipe to a base surface, temporary spraying protection is carried out on a slope, a drainage hole is punched, and water is pumped at the bottom of the foundation pit to lower the water level; holes are drilled to detect exposed stone buds on the surface of the substrate, and it is judged that the exposed part is bed rock or corrosion boulders; a bedrock exploring hole is sealed, and a cushion layer is constructed for the buried pipe foundation; after the corrosion boulders are removed, the buried pipe foundation is overall arranged, and cast-in-situ bored piles are additionally arranged in the area without the bedrock exposures; and the buried pipe and wrapping concrete are constructed on the buried pipe, the periphery of the buried pipe is backfilled with excavation materials, compaction is carried out layer by layer, and the surface layer is backfilled with planting soil. The exposed bedrock can be fully utilized as the foundation of pipe burying, engineering hidden danger caused by the existence of the bedrock boulders which are pseudo bedrock can be avoided, so that pile foundation arrangement is optimized, and the quality and safety of pipe burying engineering are guaranteed.
