The municipal building foundation pre-buried structure comprises a foundation pre-buriedsupporting formwork, a scaffold and a base; primary foundation concrete is poured in the foundation pre-buried supporting formwork; anchor bolts and supporting steel rods are arranged in the primaryfoundation concrete; positioning annular discs are inserted in the anchor bolts and the supporting steel rods; leveling nuts are arranged on the anchor bolts in a threaded connection mode; the base ismechanically split into a plurality of base assemblies; through holes and hoisting holes are formed in the base assemblies; hoisting rods are welded to the lower ends of the hoisting holes; the leveling nuts abut against the lower end faces of the base assemblies; the base assemblies are adjusted through the leveling nuts so that the lower end faces of the base assemblies can abut against the upper ends of the supporting steel rods; the base assemblies are welded with the supporting steel rods after being leveled; and secondary foundation concrete is poured into the foundation embedded supporting formwork. The municipal building foundation pre-buried structure and and construction method thereof have the advantages that the hoisting is convenient, safety risks are reduced, the leveling iseasy and convenient, the mounting precision is easy to control, the positioning mounting performance is good, and the implementation is reasonable, safe and reliable.
