The foamed ceramic composite board comprises a substrate, a first foamed ceramic layer and a second foamed ceramic layer, wherein the first foamed ceramic layer and the second foamed ceramic layer are arranged on two sides of the substrate, and the thickness of the foamed ceramic composite board is 100-300 mm. The foamed ceramic composite board is stable in structure, light in weight, and good in heat preservation, flame retardance and waterproof performance, and can effectively solve the problems that an existing wall material is poor in heat preservation, flame retardance and waterproof performance, and is prone to cracking, stripping, falling and the like. The invention also provides a preparation method of the foamed ceramic composite board and a wallboard for buildings.
