The device comprises a galvanized square pipe and two steel plates; the vertical section of the galvanized square pipe is square, and a throughhole is formed in the front-back direction of the middle of the galvanized square pipe; and the two steel plates are welded to the upper side and the lower side of the galvanized square pipe correspondingly, the length in the front-back direction of the steel plates is the same as that of the galvanized square pipe, the left and right directions of the steel plate on the upper side exceed the edges on the left side and the right side of the galvanized square pipe, one side of the steel pipe on the lower side is flush with the edge of the galvanized square pipe, and the other side of the steelpipe on the lower side exceeds the edge of the galvanized steel pipe. Fixing is firm, a neodymium iron boron magnet is adopted, Z-shaped buckle type design is adopted in an assisting mode, the magnetis fixed to steel bars through magnetic force to prevent the device from sliding down, firm fixing is ensured, and meanwhile the advantage of rapid disassembly is achieved; and positioning is accurate, a steel plate clamping groove is used for limiting the steel bars, steel bar spacing and row spacing are ensured, and the qualified thickness of the protective layer is also ensured.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土工程技术领域,具体来说是一种适用于侧墙钢模板钢筋间距及保护层的磁性定位装置及其加工安装方法,包括一镀锌方管,镀锌方管竖向截面为正方形,镀锌方管中部前后方向开有通孔;两块钢板,分别焊接于镀锌方管的上侧和下侧,前后方向长度与镀锌方管一致,上侧钢板左右方向均超过镀锌方管左右两侧边缘,下侧钢板一侧与镀锌方管边缘齐平,另一侧超过镀锌方管边缘,固定牢固,采用钕铁硼磁铁,辅以Z型卡扣式设计,同时通过磁力与钢筋进行固定,防止装置下滑,保证固定牢的同时,能够兼具快速拆卸的优势;定位准确,使用钢板卡槽来对钢筋进行限位,既能保证钢筋间距、排距,又可以保证保护层厚度合格。
