The invention relates to a prefabricated outer wall hanging plate supporting structure and a construction process thereof. The structure comprises an outer rod and an inner rod, wherein a fixing pieceused for being fixed to the ground is hinged to one end of the outer rod, the inner rod is located in the end, away from the fixing piece, of the outer rod, an adjusting piece used for adjusting theextending length of the inner rod from the interior of the outer rod is arranged between the outer rod and the inner rod, a containing groove is formed in the end, away from the outer rod, of the inner rod in the length direction of the inner rod, an inserting rod is arranged in the containing groove, the end, away from the outer rod, of the inserting rod is hinged to the inner rod, a torsional spring used for popping up the inserting rod is arranged between the inserting rod and the inner rod, threads are arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the inner rod, the inner rod is in threaded connection with a limiting sleeve at the containing groove, the surface of a hanging plate body is provided with a fixing sleeve used for being connected with the inserting rod in an inserting mode,and a sliding assembly used for enabling the fixing sleeve to be in sliding connection with the hanging plate body in the vertical direction is arranged between the fixing sleeve and the hanging plate body. According to the structure, the surface of the hanging plate body is prevented from being damaged, and the integrity of the surface of the hanging plate body is guaranteed.
