The invention relates to a production line for producing cement and a technological process of the production line. The invention belongs to the technical field of building material production. The elevator comprises an elevator body and a storage bin, a feeding pipe is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the lifting machine body; a discharge pipe communicated with the top end of the storage binis fixedly arranged at the top end of the elevator; a conveying cylinder communicating with the lifting machine body and the storage bin is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the lifting machine body. A driving motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the lifting machine body; a shifting fork mechanism is fixedly arranged on the outer side wall of the lifting machine body; the shifting fork mechanism is connected with a driving motor; cement enters the elevator body from the feeding pipe. When the cement in the storage bin is less, the driving motor is started, then an operator stirsthe shifting fork mechanism to convey cement into the storage bin through the conveying cylinder, and when the cement in the storage bin reaches a certain amount, the operator stirs the shifting forkmechanism again, so that the cement is vertically lifted in the lifting machine body and then conveyed into the storage bin through the discharging pipe.
