PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement clinker production device in which harmful substance is hard to be exhausted to the environment, a cement production device, a method for producing a cement clinker, and a method for producing cement.SOLUTION: Provided is a cement clinker production device comprising: a kiln 23; a suspension preheater 21; connection piping 22 connecting the kiln 23 with the suspension preheater 21; a bypass apparatus 4 where an exhaust gas from the kiln 23 is extracted from the connection piping 22, is cooled, and is thereafter collected; and a dust collection apparatus 11 where dust collection is performed before the exhaust gas of the suspension preheater 21 is exhausted to the air, in which a charge apparatus 51 of charging the dust collected in the dust collection apparatus 11 to the connection piping 22 is further provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
