The construction method comprises the following steps of: S1, building a steel structure layer, specifically, according to a design drawing, marking the installation position of a flue gas pipeline stand column, and building a steelframe at a marked stand column position; S2, respectively wrapping the interior and the exterior of the steel structure layer into a circle through gridding cloth to form a hollow double-layer gridding cloth semi-closed structure; S3, filling the hollow double-layer gridding cloth semi-closed structure with a heat insulation layer fluid, and after natural solidification, removing the gridding cloth; and S4, sequentially spraying a silane coupling agent and acrylic resin in an airtight layer on the surface of the heat insulation layer. The flue gas pipeline provided by the invention has good heat insulation, temperature resistance, air tightness, corrosion resistance and weather resistance, the phenomena of hollowing, bubbling and cracking cannot be generated when the flue gas pipeline isused in a severe environment for a long time, the field construction process is simple, controllable and convenient, investment of large hoisting equipment and the like is not needed, and investment of precious forming and extruding equipment is also not needed.
