Method for preparing sheet molecular sieve membrane support body by using natural attapulgite
The invention discloses a method for preparing a sheet molecular sieve membrane support body from natural attapulgite, and the method comprises the following steps: putting natural attapulgite powderand a pore-forming agent into a ball-milling tank, stirring, grinding, screening, and carrying out compression molding by a powder tabletting machine to obtain a green body; roasting the green body inan air atmosphere to obtain an ATP-based support body; and then putting into a hydrothermal reaction kettle, carrying out acidification reaction with a hydrochloric acid solution, reacting at a certain temperature, washing and drying to obtain the sheet molecular sieve membrane support body. The natural attapulgite is used as a raw material; the sheet molecular sieve membrane support body is prepared by adopting a dry pressing molding and solid particle sintering method; the sheet molecular sieve membrane support body has the advantages of neat and smooth appearance, no cracks, obvious pores,acid and alkali resistance, high strength, regular shape and small thickness, maintains the original silicon-oxygen connection mode in the skeleton, provides a support body and a molecular sieve precursor for further forming amolecular sieve membrane on the surface, and has the advantages of accessible raw materials, simple operation and favorable practical value.
本发明公开了一种利用天然凹凸棒石制备薄片分子筛膜支撑体的方法,具体为:将天然凹凸棒石粉体与造孔剂放入球磨罐中,搅拌,研磨过筛,经粉末压片机压制成型,得到生坯;在将生坯在空气气氛中进行焙烧,得到ATP基支撑体;之后置于水热反应釜中,与盐酸溶液发生酸化反应,在一定温度下进行反应,洗涤,烘干,得到薄片分子筛膜支撑体。以天然凹凸棒石为原料,采用干压成型和固态粒子烧结法制备的薄片分子筛膜支撑体,外观整洁光滑,无裂纹,孔隙明显,耐酸碱,高强度,形状规则,厚度偏薄,且保持了骨架内部原有的硅氧连接方式,为进一步在表面形成分子筛膜提供支撑体和分子筛前驱体,原料易得,操作简单,有良好的实用价值。
