Molecular sieve membrane support body preparation method
The invention relates to a molecular sieve membrane support body preparation method. According to the invention a ceramic powder aggregate and a pore-forming agent are uniformly mixed; sintering aids are added with a spraying method; and a binding agent, a plasticizing agent and a lubricating agent are added, such that a pug is prepared; and the molecular sieve membrane support body is prepared through extrusion molding and sintering. According to the invention, various sintering aids are added with the spraying method, such that support body performance uniformity can be effectively improved. Through adjusting the particle sizes and the ratio of the aggregate and the additives, a support body suitable for molecular sieve membrane growth can be prepared. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and economical process, and wide application range.
