The invention provides a viaduct underpinning pile construction method. The viaduct underpinning pile construction method comprises the following steps: step 1, construction preparation: (1) technicalpreparation, (2) field preparation , step 2, percussion drilling construction: (1) drilling is started, (2) in the drilling process, (3) the drilling speed before hole finishing is slowed down so asto discharge drilling slag in time; (4) the drilling pile drill diameter must reach the design pile diameter, (5) slag is frequently removed during drilling, after drilling is finished, slurry is filled, hole cleaning is started, and gas lift reverse circulation or pump suction reverse circulation can be adopted in the hole cleaning method; step 3, reinforcement cage manufacturing; step 4, lowering and installing of the reinforcement cage; step 5, guide pipe lowering and hole cleaning for the second time; and step 6, underwater concrete pouring. The construction method is rigorous, the construction efficiency is high, the safety and quality of construction are integrally guaranteed, hole jumping construction is adopted, and hole collapse easily caused by the fact that the construction distance of every two adjacent piles is too short or the interval time is too short during bored pile construction is avoided.
本发明提供一种高架桥托换桩施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、施工准备:(1)技术准备,⑵现场准备,步骤2、冲击钻孔施工:①开始钻进时②钻进过程中③终孔前钻进速度放慢以便及时排出钻渣④钻孔桩成孔直径必须达到设计桩径;⑤钻孔时经常清碴,钻孔结束后,充泥浆并开始清孔,清孔方法可采用气举反循环或泵吸反循环;步骤3、钢筋笼的制作,步骤4、钢筋笼下放安装,步骤5、导管下放及二次清孔,步骤6、水下混凝土灌注。本发明施工方法严谨,施工效率高,整体保证施工的安全及质量,采取跳孔施作,避免钻孔桩施工时由于相邻两桩施工距离太近或间隔时间太短,容易造成塌孔。
