Assembled building beam and column connecting device
An assembled building beam and column connecting device comprises a connecting device. The connecting device is connected with a stand column, a vertical round plate is arranged on the right side of the connecting device, the connecting device is fixedly connected with the center of the left side surface of the round plate through a horizontal first sleeve, a cylindrical block is arranged at the center of the right side surface of the round plate through a bearing, a groove is formed in the position close to the left end of the top surface of the cylindrical block, a vertical plug pin is arranged above the groove, and a cross rod is arranged above the cylindrical block. A first through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the plug pin, of the cross rod, the plug pin penetratesthrough the first through hole, the plug pin can move up and down in the first through hole, and a first spherical groove is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the cross rod. The axis of the cross beam and the mounting surface of the stand column can be perpendicular to each other without using other alignment tools, alignment and fixation can be realized by inserting the plug pin intothe groove, the aligned cross beam can be kept still through the connecting device, then the device is disassembled, and a certain gap can be reserved between the cross beam and the stand column for mounting a damping device.
一种装配式建筑梁柱连接装置,包括连接装置,连接装置与立柱连接,连接装置右侧设置竖直的圆板,连接装置通过水平的第一套筒与圆板左侧面中心固定连接,圆板右侧面中心通过轴承安装圆柱块,圆柱块顶面靠近左端处开设凹槽,凹槽上方设置竖直的插销,圆柱块上方设置横杆,横杆对应插销的位置处开设第一通孔,插销穿过第一通孔,插销可在第一通孔内上下移动,横杆底面中心开设第一球形凹槽。本发明无需借用其他找正工具即可实现将横梁的轴线与立柱的安装面互相垂直,且将找正和固定都依靠插销插入凹槽内即可实现,找正后的横梁通过连接装置可以保持静止,之后将装置拆分,能在横梁与立柱之间留有一定间隙,用来安装减震装置。
