The invention provides a mounting structure of a fabricated skirting line. The mounting structure comprises a keel, a skirting line base layer component, a wall plate and a skirting line hanging plate, wherein the keel is fixedly connected with a wall surface base layer; the skirting line base layer component comprises a connecting line and a supporting line, the connecting line is connected withthe keel, the upper part of the supporting line is connected with the connecting line, and the bottom of the supporting line is positioned on a ground base layer; the bottom of the wall plate is inserted into the connecting line; and a U-shaped hanging groove is formed in the bottom of the skirting line hanging plate, and the hanging groove is connected with the top of the supporting line in a hanging mode. Compared with the prior art, the mounting structure has the following advantages that cutting is not needed, direct installation can be achieved, installation is convenient, the process quality is controllable, and meanwhile, the overall attractiveness of the wall surface is improved.
