The invention provides a mounting structure of a fabricated skirting line. The mounting structure comprises a bottom plate and a panel, the bottom plate is fixedly mounted on a wall surface, a plurality of wiring grooves which are arranged in parallel are formed in the bottom plate, a clamping groove is formed between every two adjacent wiring grooves, the clamping grooves are formed in the lengthdirection of the bottom plate, two buckle plates which are symmetrically arranged back to back are arranged on the panel, the buckle plates are buckled on clamping teeth of the bottom plate, partition plates corresponding to the clamping grooves in position are arranged on the panel, and the ends of the partition plates are inserted into the clamping grooves. According to the mounting structure of the fabricated skirting line, the space of a line groove of the skirting line is divided, so that strong and weak electricity interference is reduced, mounting is easy, and maintenance is convenient.
