The invention provides a returnable dual rib type cantilever steel beam fixing device and a construction method thereof. The returnable dual rib type cantilever steel beam fixing device comprises a steel beam fixing part. The steel beam fixing part which is a dual rib snap ring is formed by encircling two transversely arranged surface tendons and two longitudinally arranged U-shaped vertical walltenons. The length of the surface tendon is greater than the width of the surface of a steel beam. The top end of a U-shaped opened end of each vertical wall tenon is separately connected to one endsof the same side of the two surface tenons. A steel beam locking part connected to the two vertical wall tenons penetrate holes above U-shaped closed ends of the two vertical wall tenons. The steel beam locking part is a connecting rod provided with anti-skid structures at two ends. The height of the vertical wall tenon is equal to sum of the height of the steel beam, the thickness of a concrete floorslab and the diameter of the steel beam locking part. The dual rib snap ring can be used repeatedly, and is easy to mount and detach, low in manufacturing cost, few in outside influence factor andwide in application range.
本发明提供了一种可周转双肋式悬挑钢梁固定装置及其施工方法。可周转双肋式悬挑钢梁固定装置包括钢梁定位件,钢梁定位件为双肋卡环,由两个横向设置的面筋和两个纵向设置的U形立壁筋围合组成,面筋长度大于钢梁表面宽度,每个立壁筋的U形开口端顶端分别与两个面筋同侧一端连接,两个立壁筋的U形封闭端上方开孔内穿过连接两个立壁筋的钢梁锁紧件,钢梁锁紧件为两端分别设有防滑动结构的连杆,立壁筋的高度等于钢梁高度、混凝土楼板厚度和钢梁锁紧件直径三者之和。本发明的双肋卡环能够重复利用,安装和拆卸简单,制作成本低,外界影响因素少,适用范围广泛。
