The shock absorber can provide three-dimensional elasticity for a track at thesame time, has reverse tensile load bearing capacity and good track gauge keeping and adjusting capacity, and remarkably improves the smoothness of a vehicle passing through the track, the safety stability of a fastener system and the shock absorption and noise reduction performance of the track.
