Assembling method for double-rubber-ring steel bell and spigot reinforcement cage
The invention discloses an assembling method for a double-rubber-ring steel bell and spigot reinforcement cage. The method comprises the steps that an annular bottom mold and a plurality of limiting columns are installed coaxially, and the bottom mold and the limiting columns are fixed; a spigot steel ring is axially fixed to the bottom mold upwards; an inner reinforcement cage is arranged outsidethe limiting columns in a sleeving mode to be lowered until the lower end of the inner reinforcement cage is inserted into the spigot steel ring, and then welding is carried out; an annular top moldis arranged on the upper portions of the plurality of limiting columns in a sleeving mode, so that the top mold and the bottom mold are kept concentric, and then the top mold is fixed; a bell steel ring is hoisted above the inner reinforcement cage, the bell steel ring is lowered to the outer side of the top of the inner reinforcement cage in a sleeving mode, and the bell steel ring and the innerreinforcement cage are welded; and an outer reinforcement cage is hoisted to the position above the inner reinforcement cage, the outer reinforcement cage is arranged outside the inner reinforcement cage in a sleeving mode and lowered, the lower end of the outer reinforcement cage abuts against the bottom mold, and the two ends of the inner reinforcement cage are fixedly connected with the two ends of the outer reinforcement cage, so that the assembly of the reinforcement cage is completed. The assembling method improves the concentricity between each assembly of the reinforcement cage.
