High-strength scaffold fastener
The invention provides a high-strength scaffold fastener. The high-strength scaffold fastener comprises at least two pressing plates, a middle connecting piece, a screw rod and a nut. The middle connecting piece is used for pre-fixing the two scaffold pipes; the pressing plates are respectively used for holding scaffold pipes; the screw rod penetrates through the pressing plate and the middle connecting piece and is locked through the nut; the first end of the screw rod is provided with a limiting part used for preventing the nut from falling off, and the nut is arranged in an area between the second end of the screw rod and the limiting part and moves in a threaded mode; the pressing plate and the middle connecting piece are made of high-strength alloy which contains 0.05 wt%-0.5 wt% of carbon and 0.0001 wt%-0.01 wt% of boron, the surface of the high-strength alloy is provided with a zinc-aluminum or zinc-aluminum-magnesium or aluminum-magnesium alloy or aluminum-magnesium alloy coating formed through a hot-dip coating method, and the yield strength of the high-strength alloy ranges from 300 MPa to 800 MPa.
