Ceramic sealing ring and metal welding method
The invention discloses a ceramic sealing ring and metal welding method, and relates to the technical field of mechanical sealing. The ceramic sealing ring and metal welding method comprises the following four steps that (1) metallized layers are prepared on the surfaces of a metal base and a ceramic sealing ring in a magnetron sputtering mode; (2) the metallized ceramic sealing ring and the metallized metal base are put into an ultrasonic cleaning tank to be cleaned for five minutes and dried at 60 DEG C, and then the surface of the ceramic sealing ring is wiped with acetone; (3) SnPb eutectic welding wires are precast on the welding surface of the ceramic sealing ring and the metal base, and the ceramic sealing ring and the metal base are assembled to be placed on a heating plate according to the sequence of the ceramic sealing ring being located at the lower part and the metal base being located at the upper part; and (4) heating of a heating plate is started, the heating rate is 20DEG C/min, the heating plate is heated to 230 DEG C, after the SnPb eutectic welding wires are melted, heating is stopped, and cooling to the room temperature along with the heating plate is performed. The ceramic sealing ring and the metal base in a mechanical sealing pair are reliably connected, sealing performance is good, the strength of a welded joint is high, the structural design is simple, and the applicability of the sealing ring is improved.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷密封环与金属焊接方法,涉及一种机械密封技术领域,包括以下四个步骤:(1)通过磁控溅射的方式,在金属基座和陶瓷密封环的表面制备金属化层;(2)将金属化后的陶瓷密封环和金属基座放入超声波清洗槽内清洗分钟,然后经过60度烘干后,用丙酮擦拭陶瓷密封环的表面;(3)在陶瓷密封环和金属基座焊接面预制SnPb共晶焊丝,并按照陶瓷密封环在下,金属基座在上的顺序,将陶瓷密封环和金属基座装配好,放置于热板上;(4)开启热板加热,升温速度20℃/min,将热板加热至230度,待SnPb共晶焊丝熔化后,关闭加热,随热板冷却至室温,实现了机械密封副中陶瓷密封环和金属基座的可靠连接,密封性好,焊缝强度高,结构设计简单,增加了密封环的适用性。
