The invention relates to the field of ceramic materials, in particular to a preparation method of a ceramic sealing ring, which comprises the following steps: adding an initiator and ceramic powder into ethanol for ball milling, adding hyperbranched epoxy resin, uniformly mixing to obtain slurry with the solid content of more than or equal to 60%, carrying out vacuum degassing on the slurry, pouring into a mold, curing to obtain a green body, drying the green body, and discharging glue to obtain the ceramic sealing ring. The preparation method comprises the following steps: heating to 1450-1600 DEG C in an inert gas atmosphere, carrying out isostatic pressing sintering for 1-5 hours, cooling to 1200-1300 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation annealing for 1-5 hours, and finally naturally cooling to room temperature. The method can be used for preparing a special-shaped sealing ring with a complex structure, and the prepared green body and ceramic sealing ring have high density and good mechanical properties.
本发明涉及陶瓷材料领域,具体为一种陶瓷密封圈的制备方法,将引发剂和陶瓷粉体加入乙醇中球磨,再将超支化环氧树脂加入并混匀得到固含量≥60%的浆料,所述浆料经真空脱气后浇注至模具中固化得到生坯,将生坯干燥后排胶,惰性气体气氛下升温至1450‑1600℃等静压烧结1‑5h,再降温至1200‑1300℃保温退火1‑5h,最后自然冷却至室温即可,本发明方法可以用于制备结构复杂的异型密封圈,所制备的生坯和陶瓷密封圈具有较高的密度,而且力学性能良好。
