The invention discloses a high-pressure environment-friendly ceramic rubber sealing ring, and belongs to the technical field of high polymer materials. The sealing ring is prepared according to the following steps: in parts by weight, sequentially weighing silicon dioxide, silicon carbide, boron carbide, zinc oxide and titanium oxide as blank raw materials, and silicon rubber, brominated butyl rubber, carbon black, glass fiber and an activating agent as rubber components. A sealing material prepared from low-cost rubber is improved in material and structure, wear resistance is improved, the service life is prolonged, the mechanical property of the material is obviously improved, and the sealing ring is simple in preparation process and easy to industrialize; and through cooperative use ofthe ceramic and the rubber layer, the hardness of the sealing material is improved, and the overall physical performance of the sealing material is guaranteed.
