Novel non-combustible heat-insulating pipe bracket and preparation method thereof
The invention aims to provide a novel non-combustible heat-insulating pipe bracket, which has enough strength to support and fix a pipeline, is small in heat conductivity coefficient and low in waterabsorption rate, can realize cold insulation and energy conservation, reduces cold energy loss, avoids condensation of the pipeline to generate condensate water, achieves A-grade non-combustibility infire resistance of a product and can meet the requirement of the highest fireproof grade, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water into 30-50 parts by weight of silicon dioxide, 40-60 parts by weight of calcium oxide, 20-30 parts by weight of calcium hydroxide, 30-40 parts by weight of cellulose, 5-10 parts by weight of nitrile rubber and 5-10 parts by weight of silica gel, stirring to prepare a pasty mixed solution; adding the pasty mixed solution into the cavity in a pipe bracket forming mold obtained in the step A; and applying pressure on the pasty mixed solution in the pipe bracket forming mold, and extruding out part of water in the pasty mixed solution.
本发明目的是提供一种具有足够的强度可以支撑固定管道,导热系数小,吸水率低,可实现保冷节能、减少冷量损失,避免管道结露产生冷凝水,产品的耐火性能达到A级不燃,能满足最高防火等级要求的新型不燃绝热管托及其制备方法。本发明的新型不燃绝热管托及其制备方法,其将30‑50重量份的二氧化硅、40‑60重量份的氧化钙、20‑30重量份的氢氧化钙、30‑40重量份的纤维素、5‑10重量份的丁腈橡胶、5‑10重量份的硅酸凝胶通过加入水搅拌,制成浆状混合溶液;将浆状混合溶液加入到步骤A得到的管托成型模具内的空腔中;对管托成型模具内的浆状混合溶液施加压力,挤出浆状混合溶液中的部分水分。
