The invention discloses a foam light soil structure applied to large-scale filling engineering and a construction method. The foam light soil structure comprises a prefabricated three-dimensional specially-shaped foam light soil block and a cast-in-place foam light soil filling layer, the prefabricated three-dimensional specially-shaped foam light soil block is stacked in a groove or a mold cavityof roadbed engineering to form a gap or a channel for the foam light soil to circulate; the cast-in-place foam light soil filling layer is formed by filling gaps or channels of the prefabricated three-dimensional specially-shaped foam light soil blocks with foam light soil in a cast-in-place mode till the whole groove or mold cavity is filled with the foam light soil. On the one hand, hydration heat can be greatly reduced, the temperature stress is reduced, and cracking is effectively prevented; and on the other hand, the precast block body of the mold casting method plays a self-aggregate supporting effect on subsequent cast-in-place slurry, the total shrinkage of a foam soil layer is effectively reduced, cracking of the foam light soil is further prevented, and meanwhile, the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种应用于大型填充工程的泡沫轻质土结构及施工方法,包括:预制三维异形泡沫轻质土块和现浇泡沫轻质土填充层,预制三维异形泡沫轻质土块堆放在路基工程的沟槽或模腔中,形成供泡沫轻质土流通的空隙或通道;现浇泡沫轻质土填充层为泡沫轻质土现浇填充在预制三维异形泡沫轻质土块的空隙或通道直至灌满整个沟槽或模腔而形成的填充层。本发明一方面可大幅降低水化热,降低温度应力,有效防止开裂;另一方面,模注法的预制块体对后续现浇浆体起到了“自骨料支撑”效果,有效降低泡沫土层的总收缩量,进一步防止泡沫轻质土的开裂,同时大幅提高施工效率。
