Foam light soil construction method
The invention discloses a foam light soil construction method, which comprises the following steps: 1, a foundation trench is digged according to a preset elevation, and a soft foundation is reinforced at the bottom of the foundation trench; 2, a plurality of settlement joints in the length direction of the roadbed at intervals are arranged; 3, a subgrade section is arranged between every two adjacent settlement joints, subgrade sections are constructed and poured in a segmented mode in the length direction of the subgrade, each subgrade section is poured in a layered mode in the height direction of the subgrade, wherein each subgrade section comprises: a subbase layer laid on the soft foundation at the bottom of the foundation trench, each subbase layer comprises at least two layers of subbase units, and the two sides of each subbase layer are step-shaped, each bottom base unit comprises an anti-sinking structure, a connecting ball body, a limiting net and a foam light soil layer; a force bearing layer comprises multiple layers of force bearing units, and each force bearing unit comprises a bearing net and a foam light soil layer; and when the initial setting strength of the foamed light soil layer located on the lower layer is larger than 0.3 MPa, the foamed light soil layer located on the upper layer is poured. The method has the beneficial effect of effectively reducing thepost-construction settlement of the roadbed.
本发明公开了一种泡沫轻质土施工方法,包括:步骤一、按预设标高挖设基槽,对基槽底部软基进行加固处理;步骤二、沿路基的长度方向间隔设置多个沉降缝;步骤三、相邻两个沉降缝之间为一个路基段,沿路基的长度方向分段施工浇注路基段,沿路基高度方向分层浇注每个路基段,路基段包括:底基层,其铺设于基槽底部的软基上,底基层包括至少两层底基单元,底基层两侧呈台阶状,底基单元包括抗沉结构、连接球体、限位网、泡沫轻质土层;承力层,其包括多层承力单元,承力单元包括承接网和泡沫轻质土层;其中,当位于下层的泡沫轻质土层的初凝强度大于0.3MPa时,浇注上层的泡沫轻质土层。本发明具有有效减少路基工后沉降的有益效果。
