The invention belongs to the field of road engineering, particularly relates to a permeable concrete pavement engineering construction method, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problems of poor water permeability, compression resistance and bending resistance of the existing concrete pavement: excavating and compacting a roadbed according to design requirements, paving a permeable gravel layer on the compacted roadbed, compacting again; paving molds on the two sides of the roadbed, and finally paving reinforcing ribs between the interiors of the molds and the top of a permeable gravel layer, adding an additive into the concrete, and forming a large number of bubbles in the concrete by using the additive, so that mutually communicated gaps are formed by the bubbles after paving is completed, and through dredging of the high-pressure water gun, the void ratio and the permeation coefficient of the concrete pavement are increased, the connection strength between concrete is enhanced through the permeable coagulant, and even if the concrete pavement is damaged, the concrete pavement still has high bending resistance and compression resistance.
