Jacking construction method for large-span frame-structure bridge of combined I-shaped beam continuous reinforced line
The invention relates to a construction method of an overhead railway jacking frame-structure bridge, in particular to a jacking construction method of a large-span frame-structure bridge of a combined I-shaped beam continuous reinforced line. The large-span frame-structure bridge is prefabricated on the right side of a railway line. An I100 I-shaped beam and H70 type transverse lifting beam combined overhead system is adopted for reinforcement and overhead operation. The I100 I-shaped beams are arranged at the positions 2.2 m away from the left side and the right side of the center of the line, and each set of longitudinal beams are connected through an H20 steel sleeper. H70 type reinforced transverse lifting beams are arranged at the rail bottoms of two transverse supporting piles, andthe transverse lifting beams extend out of the center lines of the longitudinal beams by 4.5 m on the right side of the line, so that a box culvert top plate is conveniently jacked into the transverselifting beams as early as possible; the transverse lifting beams extend to in-place pile crown beams from the left side of the line to prevent the line from transversely moving in the jacking period.Two rows of steel bar pull rings are embedded in the box culvert top plate, and the line and the bridge body are connected by using a chain block and a steel wire rope during jacking to prevent the line from transversely moving. The method is suitable for large-span frame structure jacking construction or temporary line reinforcement and the like which cannot be used by the I-shaped beams.
本发明涉及架空铁路顶进框构桥的施工工法,具体为组合式工便梁连续加固线路大跨度框构桥顶进施工方法。本大跨度框构桥在铁路线右侧预制。采用I100工便梁和H70型横抬梁组合架空体系进行加固、架空。I100工便梁设置在距离线路中心左右两侧2.2m的位置,每组纵梁采用H20钢枕联结。横向两个支撑桩上于轨底设置H70型加强横抬梁,横抬梁于线路右侧延伸出纵梁中线位置4.5m,便于箱涵顶板尽早顶进到横抬梁下;横抬梁于线路左侧延伸至就位桩冠梁上,防止顶进期间线路横移。箱涵顶板预埋钢筋拉环2排,在顶进时用倒链和钢丝绳联接线路和桥体,防止线路横移。本发明适用于工便梁无法使用的大跨度框构顶进施工或线路的临时加固等。
