The invention discloses a jacking and lifting combined large-span arch structure construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a part of arch structure is assembled on the ground; s2, the assembled partial arch structure is jacked; s3, after jacking in place, splicing with the remaining arch structure into a whole; s4, the assembled whole arch structure is lifted; and S5, after lifting in place, structure installation is carried out. The jacking frame is used as a lifting supporting frame, the using amount of standard knots can be effectively saved, the standard knots are assembled into a whole after being jacked in place, the high-altitude operation amount can be greatly reduced, the safety problem of high-altitude operation in the installation process is effectively solved, the using amount of jacks can be saved, and meanwhile compared with a secondary lifting method, the method does not need to dismantle the lifting knots, and the cost is reduced. The arch structure can be lifted in place by directly utilizing the lifting device, so that tool materials and lifting sections for lifting are reduced, the time for dismounting the lifting sections after secondary lifting is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
