The invention discloses a retrograde motion preventing mechanism for a one-way lane, which includes a foundation, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the foundation; a movable block is connected into the mounting groove in a sliding manner; an elastic airbag is arranged between the lower end surface of the movable block and the bottom groove wall of the mounting groove; a first placing groove and a second placing groove are respectively formed in the upper end surface of the movable block and the upper end surface of the foundation; a first friction roller and a second friction roller are horizontally and rotationally installed in the first containing groove and the second containing groove correspondingly, and a first winding wheel and a second winding wheel are coaxially installed onthe first friction roller and the second friction roller through a first one-way bearing and a second one-way bearing correspondingly; a liquid storage groove is formed in the upper end face of the foundation and located in the side, away from the second friction roller, of the mounting groove, a T-shaped plate is connected into the liquid storage groove in a sealed and sliding mode, and a deceleration strip is connected to the upper end of the T-shaped plate. Only when the vehicle runs reversely, the vehicle can be warned and intercepted whereas the normally running vehicle is not affected, so that the mechanism is good in applicability and high in automation degree.
