The invention provides a wet and dry dual-purpose roller sweeping type road sweeper and aims to solve the problems that an existing sweeper on the market is large in power and low in speed, the dust falling mode is limited by seasons, and the sweeping effect is poor. The sweeper comprises a chassis, a hydraulic system, an electric control system and a sweeping system for sweeping and storing garbage, wherein the sweeping system comprises a water tank arranged above the chassis, side sweeping discs symmetrically distributed on the lower side of the chassis, sweeping disc hydraulic cylinders arranged between the chassis and the side sweeping discs, a garbage can arranged above the chassis, a garbage conveying scraper arranged behind the garbage can, a sweeping roller arranged at the tail endof the chassis and a sweeping roller lifting hydraulic cylinder arranged between the chassis and the sweeping roller. A first-stage dust removal structure is arranged in the garbage can and a second-stage dust falling structure is arranged at the top of the garbage can, wherein the first-stage dust removal structure comprises a dust falling baffle and a garbage can water spraying rod arranged onthe dust falling baffle, and the second-stage dust falling structure comprises a draught fan and a dust removal cloth bag filtering set communicated with the draught fan.
