The invention discloses a sweeping roller structure for road maintenance and a sweeper. The sweeping roller structure comprises a cleaning roller body with a plurality of arc-shaped grooves formed inthe circumferential surface at equal intervals. The cleaning roller body is fixedly installed on a transmission roller. The transmission roller is in the shape of a stepped hollow shaft; the cleaningroller body is mounted at the maximum diameter of the transmission roller; a plurality of drainage holes pointing to the interior of the transmission roller are formed in the circumferential portion,except for the arc-shaped grooves, of the cleaning roller body, brush installation plates are movably installed in the arc-shaped grooves of the cleaning roller body through screws, and a plurality ofbrushes are installed on the brush installation plates. According to the sweeping roller, the brushes can be replaced at will, and the situation that after the brushes make contact with the ground for a long time, the brushes fall excessively, and consequently sweeping quality is reduced is prevented.
本发明公开了一种公路养护用清扫辊结构及清扫车，包括圆周面上等距开设有多个弧形槽的清扫辊本体，所述清扫辊本体固定安装在一传动辊上，所述传动辊为一阶梯空心轴形状，清扫辊本体安装于传动辊的最大直径处，所述清扫辊本体上开设弧形槽以外的圆周部分上分别开设有多个指向传动辊内部的排水孔，所述清扫辊本体的弧形槽内分别通过螺钉活动安装有毛刷安装板，所述毛刷安装板上分别安装有多个毛刷。该清扫辊可随意的对毛刷进行更换，防止毛刷与地面长期接触之后毛刷掉落过多而降低清扫质量。
