The invention relates to a three-row-pile ultra-deep foundation pit support structure which comprises a foundation pit, a side slope, a side slope support structure and a pile arraying structure; thepile arraying structure comprises a first layer of row piles, a second layer of row piles and a third layer of row piles; each layer of row piles is composed of a plurality of vertical piles; the vertical piles of the first layer of row piles and the vertical piles of the second layer of row piles are arrayed in a staggered manner; the third layer of row piles are continuously and densely arrayed;the bottom of the pile arraying structure is fixedly connected with a connecting base; grout is arranged between every two adjacent layers of row piles; the pile arraying structure is fixedly connected through a plurality of support pieces above grout; and a support frame, a top plate, a support, a diagonal brace and the like are arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the third layer of rowpiles.
