Pile foundation underpinning structure traversing group pile foundation and construction method thereof
The invention provides a pile foundation underpinning structure traversing a group pile foundation and a construction method of the pile foundation underpinning structure. The pile foundation underpinning structure comprises an existing bearing platform structure and existing piles. The existing bearing platform structure is horizontally supported by the tops of all the existing piles, and the multiple existing piles are arranged. The outer portion of the existing bearing platform structure is wrapped with an underpinning bearing platform. The underpinning bearing platform comprises a primarypouring bearing platform and a secondary pouring bearing platform. The primary pouring bearing platform is located above the secondary pouring bearing table. The outer side of the existing bearing platform structure is wrapped with the primary pouring bearing platform. A plurality of underpinning piles are symmetrically and vertically arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the primary pouringbearing platform. The pile foundation underpinning structure can be used for existing pile foundation underpinning construction in the process of an underground structure traversing the group pile foundation, through secondary pouring of the bearing platform, it is ensured that midspan rebars on the lower side of the underpinning bearing platform are uniformly arranged in a pass-through manner, and meanwhile the defect that the durability of later planting ribs cannot be guaranteed or the detection difficulty is large is overcome; compared with a traditional method, the method is safer; and meanwhile, the existing pile foundation and the existing bearing platform are cut in advance, and the pile foundation load is prevented from being directly transmitted to a new structure.
本发明提供一种穿越群桩基础的桩基托换结构及其施工方法,包括既有承台结构和既有桩,各个既有桩顶部水平支撑既有承台结构,既有桩有多根,既有承台结构外部包裹设置有托换承台,托换承台包括初次浇筑承台和二次浇筑承台,初次浇筑承台位于二次浇筑承台上方,且初次浇筑承台包裹在既有承台结构外侧,初次浇筑承台底部两侧对称竖直设置有若干托换桩。本发明可用于地下结构穿越群桩基础过程的既有桩基托换施工,其通过承台的二次浇筑,保证托换承台下侧跨中钢筋的均匀贯通布置,同时避免了后期植筋耐久性无法保证或检测难度大的缺点,相较于传统方法更为安全;同时将既有桩基与既有承台之间提前切断,避免桩基荷载直接传递到新的结构上。
