The invention provides a pipe-jacking working well structure for a sandy soil layer and a construction method thereof, and relates to the field of pipe-jacking working wells. The pipe-jacking workingwell structure for the sandy soil layer comprises an open caisson body and a peripheral supporting structure, wherein the peripheral supporting structure comprises a plurality of splicing units and asupporting frame, and a protective space for containing the open caisson body is defined by the splicing units; holes are formed in the side wall of the open caisson body, a plurality of hole reinforcing piles are arranged between the open caisson body and the peripheral supporting structure, and the plurality of hole reinforcing piles are continuously arranged at the positions corresponding to the outer sides of the holes to form reinforcing barrier layers. The splicing units obstruct the external sandy soil layer to prevent muddy water seepage and sandy soil from sliding into the interior ofthe protective space, and the safe and reliable construction of the open caisson body is guaranteed; and the splicing units can adapt to the water flow erosion and sandy soil sliding environment in the sandy soil layer along the bank of a water system, the hole parts of the open caisson body are effectively shielded through the hole reinforcing piles, and the problem that outer-layer sandy soil is lost and collapsed is solved.
