The invention discloses a rectangular jacking pipe working well structure and a construction method. The rectangular jacking pipe working well structure comprises a starting well and a receiving well which are arranged at the two ends of a working hole where a jacking pipe needs to be jacked in; the starting well and the receiving well are both rectangular working wells and each comprise two opposite end walls and two opposite side walls. One end wall of the starting well is provided with a working hole jacking end, and the other end wall of the starting well is a starting well bearing wall for bearing a load when a jacking pipe is jacked in; one end wall of the receiving well is provided with a working hole ejection end, and the other end wall of the receiving well is a receiving well bearing wall for bearing a load when a jacking pipe is jacked in; in the starting well, a rear seat wall and a jacking device comprising a counter-force device are arranged in the direction from the bearing wall of the starting well to the working hole, and the jacking pipe is jacked into the working hole through the jacking device; a chain is arranged in the top pipe; one end of the chain is connected with the receiving well bearing wall, and the other end is connected with the counter-force device of the jacking device. The construction cost is reduced while the construction efficiency is improved, and the method is safer and more reliable.
本发明公开了矩形顶管工作井结构及施工方法,包括设置在需要顶入顶管的工作孔两端的始发井和接收井;始发井和接收井均为矩形工作井,均包括两面相对的端墙和两面相对的侧墙;始发井的一面端壁设有工作孔顶入端,另一面端墙为承载顶管顶入时载荷的始发井承载墙;接收井的一面端壁设有工作孔顶出端,另一面端墙为承载顶管顶入时载荷的接收井承载墙;始发井内,从始发井承载墙向工作孔方向设有后座墙和包括反力装置的顶进装置,通过顶进装置将顶管顶入工作孔;顶管内设有锁链;锁链的一端与接收井承载墙连接,另一端与顶进装置的反力装置连接。本发明在提高施工效率的同时降低施工成本,并且更加安全可靠。
