Cast-in-place beam construction method
The invention discloses a cast-in-place beam construction method which comprises the following steps: before a template is installed and after bracket construction is completed, establishing a plurality of linear reference points, measuring plane point coordinates of each linear reference point, and establishing a multi-layer plane reference system through the linear reference points; after the formwork is installed, an elevation reference point is set; setting a plurality of deformation observation points on the template, and measuring plane point coordinates of the deformation observation points; monitoring the position change of each elevation reference point through an instrument; monitoring the position change of each deformation observation point through an instrument; and judging the deformation condition of the beam body by combining the position changes of the elevation reference point and the deformation observation point. According to the method, a plurality of layers of plane reference systems and elevation reference points are established, so that the bracket and the template are monitored at the same time in the same monitoring control period, invalid measurement is avoided, and the deviation direction and the settlement trend of the bracket or the template can be clearly known by respectively measuring the position changes of the elevation reference points and the deformation observation points; the engineering quality is ensured and the construction efficiency is prompted.
本发明公开一种现浇梁施工方法,在安装模板前,支架施工完成后,设立多个线性参照点,测出各线性参照点的平面点坐标,通过线性参照点建立多层平面参照系;在安装模板后,设立高程参照点;在模板上设立多个变形观测点,测出各变形观测点的平面点坐标;通过仪器监测各高程参照点的位置变化;通过仪器监测各变形观测点的位置变化;结合高程参照点和变形观测点的位置变化,判断梁体的变形情况。本发明通过建立多层平面参照系和高程参照点,使得支架和模板在同一监测控制周期内,被同时监测,避免产生无效测量,且通过分别测量高程参照点和各变形观测点的位置变化,可明确知晓支架或模板的偏移方向以及沉降趋势,保证工程质量,提示施工效率。
