The invention discloses a building outer wall cracking maintenance method. The method comprises the following steps that a crack and the edge of the crack are cleaned, the inner edge and the outer edge of the periphery of the crack are coated with a base layer treating agent, and finally the crack is coated with nano seam plugging paste and the nano seam plugging paste is flattened to enable the nano seam plugging paste to be consistent with an outer wall facing layer. Because the nano seam plugging paste shows plastic physical properties when not cured, new leakage caused by wall crack growthcan be resisted; and after the nano seam plugging paste is cured, a high-elasticity impermeable film is formed at the crack part of the wall body, rainwater is prevented from permeating into the wallbody along with the crack, and the super-strong crack resistance is achieved, so that leakage of the building outer wall is simply, conveniently, continuously and effectively prevented, and the attractiveness is improved to a certain extent.
