Maintenance process for building outer wall
The invention discloses a building outer wall maintenance technology. The technology comprises the following steps that S1, floating ash and stains on the surface of an outer wall are removed; s2, a core area and a peripheral area are defined, and surface layers of the core area and the peripheral area are chiseled away till a concrete structure base layer is exposed; s3, a repairing agent is injected into the crack until the crack is filled with the repairing agent, and then the repairing agent continues to be injected into the core area and the peripheral area to form a repairing agent layer; s4, the surface of the to-be-repaired agent layer is coated with a first layer of cement mortar, a layer of glass fiber cloth is laid on the surface of the first layer of cement mortar in the peripheral area, and a layer of steel wire mesh is laid on the surface of the first layer of cement mortar in the core area; and S5, after the hardness of the cement mortar reaches the standard hardness, sequentially smearing the interface agent and the wall paint. The crack position of the outer wall repaired by the building outer wall maintenance method is not prone to secondary cracking, the strength and tensile toughness of the repaired outer wall are greatly guaranteed, and the service life of the building outer wall is effectively guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种建筑外墙维修工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、去除该外墙表面的浮灰和污渍;S2、划定核心区域和外围区域,将核心区域和外围区域的面层都进行凿除,直至露出混凝土结构基层;S3、向裂缝内注入修补剂直至裂缝填满修补剂,再继续向核心区域、外围区域内注入修补剂,形成修补剂层;S4、待修补剂层表面涂抹第一层水泥砂浆,在外围区域的第一层水泥砂浆表面铺设一层玻璃纤维布,在核心区域的第一次水泥砂浆表面铺设一层钢丝网片;S5、待水泥砂浆的硬度达到标准硬度,再依次涂抹界面剂和墙面漆。经过本发明的建筑外墙维修方法修补后的外墙裂缝处不易二次开裂,而且极大的保证了修补外墙的强度和抗张拉韧性,有效保证了建筑外墙的使用寿命。
