The invention discloses a water path control device and a faucet water outlet device. The water path control device is characterized by comprising a first water outlet water path and a second water outlet water path, wherein a water distributing mechanism is arranged between the first water outlet water path and the second water outlet water path; cold-hot water flow flows to the first water outlet water path or the second water outlet water path after being mixed at the water distributing mechanism; the water distributing mechanism regulates the temperature of the first or second water outletwater path by changing flow-in proportion of cold-hot water; the water distributing mechanism is matched with a mechanical open-close assembly for controlling opening and closing of the second wateroutlet water path; and the first water outlet water path is connected to the second water outlet water path in parallel. The water path control device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, is simplified in water path interface, can independently control and regulate water temperature through water paths, and is very convenient and quick.
