The invention provides a water outlet control method, a urinal, an electronic device and a water outlet control device.The water outlet control method is applied to the urinal, the urinal comprises a faucet mechanism and a urinal funnel mechanism, and the water outlet control method comprises the steps that first human body information is obtained; the first human body information is obtained and judged, and when the first human body information indicates that the human body is in a first area used for representing that the user pees, second human body information is obtained and judged, and when the second human body information indicates that the human body is in a second area used for representing that the user needs to wash hands, the faucet mechanism is controlled to discharge water; or when the second human body information indicates that the human body is in the third area, the urinal funnel mechanism is controlled to discharge water for flushing; the third area is used for representing that the user leaves the first area and the second area. According to the technical scheme, the induction water outlet function of the urinal funnel mechanism and the induction water outlet function of the faucet mechanism are controlled in a linkage mode to achieve intelligent control.
