The invention discloses a water conservancy irrigation device based on solar power generation, and relates to the field of water conservancy projects. The water conservancy irrigation device based onsolar power generation comprises a base; the centre of the top of the base is fixedly connected to a vertical pipe; the top of the vertical pipe is fixedly connected to a top cover; multiple solar power generation devices are arranged at the inner side of the top cover in an embedded manner; the bottom of the vertical pipe is fixedly connected to a water collecting pipe; one end of the water collecting pipe away from the vertical pipe is fixedly connected to a water storage tank; a feeding device is arranged on the top of the water storage tank; a first water conveying mechanism is arranged onthe top of the water storage tank; and a second water conveying mechanism is arranged at the bottom in the water storage tank. According to the water conservancy irrigation device based on solar power generation in the invention, by arrangement of the top cover, the rainwater collecting function can be realized; the water resource is sufficiently utilized; the solar power generation devices are arranged on the top cover; therefore, in a condition that the space is not occupied, solar power generation is realized in an integration form; by arrangement of the feeding device, different types offertilizers or pesticides can be separately stored and quantitatively blanked; pesticide spreading or fertilizing on crops can be conveniently carried out; and thus, the multifunctional water conservancy irrigation effect is realized.
