The invention discloses a quick-setting plugging material and a preparation method thereof. The quick-setting plugging material comprises a liquid material and a powder material, wherein the liquid material comprises the following raw material components: a VAE emulsion taking polyvinyl alcohol as a protective colloid, polyvinyl alcohol, a dilute sulfuric acid solution, a boric acid solution, water and a preservative; the powder comprises the following raw material components: anhydrous gypsum, rubber powder, alumina clinker, quartz sand, coarse whiting and/or stone powder, polypropylene fiber, a water reducing agent and a defoaming agent. A gel substance generated by the material has the following properties: the plasticity is good, and the treatment of a complex leakage channel is facilitated; after the mixed material is embedded into a leakage channel, certain expansion is generated, and a physical steric hindrance effect is formed; and the molded product has high strength and doesnot deform under the action of external force. According to the invention, the problem of insufficient material strength in the later period of gel is solved by utilizing the combination of the powdermaterials, so that the problem that the alkalinity of the gel condition cannot be too large is solved, and the adhesive force of the mixed material is also provided.
本发明公开了一种快凝堵漏材料及其制备方法。该快凝堵漏材料包括液料和粉料，其中：液料的原料组分包括：以聚乙烯醇为保护胶体的VAE乳液、聚乙烯醇、稀硫酸溶液、硼酸溶液、水、防腐剂；粉料的原料组分包括：无水石膏、胶粉、铝氧熟料、石英砂、重钙和/或石粉、聚丙烯纤维、减水剂、消泡剂。本发明的材料生成的凝胶物质具有以下性质：可塑性好，利于复杂渗漏通道的处理；遇水微膨胀，混合后的材料嵌入渗漏通道后，会产生一定膨胀，形成物理位阻作用；成型后强度大，抵抗外力作用自身无变形。本发明利用粉料中的组合解决了凝胶后期材料强度不足的问题，同时满足了凝胶条件碱性不能过大的问题，也提供了混合后材料的粘附力。
