Method for preparing composite modified magnesium oxysulfate cementing material by utilizing electrolytic manganese slag
The invention discloses a method for preparing a composite modified magnesium oxysulfate cementing material by utilizing electrolytic manganese slag. The method comprises the following steps: weighing70-216 parts by weight of the electrolytic manganese slag, 0-18.86 parts by weight of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 28-36 parts by weight of light calcined magnesia, 10.6-23.4 parts by weight of water and 0.14-0.54 part by weight of a modifier; mixing the electrolytic manganese residue, the magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, the light calcined magnesia, the modifier and the water, and stirring toobtain slurry; and pouring the slurry into a mold, and curing to obtain the composite modified magnesium oxysulfate cementing material. The novel cementing material produced by utilizing the electrolytic manganese slag has the characteristics of large utilization amount of the electrolytic manganese slag and good water resistance of the product, and sulfate in the electrolytic manganese slag can be fully utilized; the method is simple in process, small in investment, free of secondary pollution and good in economic benefit. The method can directly utilize the electrolytic manganese slag to produce the magnesium oxysulfate cementing material, does not need pretreatment, and is simple in technical process, and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种利用电解锰渣制备复合改性硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法。该方法包括:按重量份称取70‑216份电解锰渣、0‑18.86份七水硫酸镁、28‑36份轻烧氧化镁、10.6‑23.4份水、0.14‑0.54份改性剂;将电解锰渣、七水硫酸镁、轻烧氧化镁、改性剂及水混合,搅拌得到浆体;浇筑在模具中,养护处理,得到复合改性硫氧镁胶凝材料。本发明利用电解锰渣生产的新型胶凝材料,具有电解锰渣利用量大和产品耐水性好的特点,并且可以充分利用电解锰渣里的硫酸盐;本发明工艺简单、投资小,不会产生二次污染,经济效益好。本发明能直接利用电解锰渣生产硫氧镁胶凝材料,无需预处理,技术工艺简单,绿色环保。
