Magnesium oxysulfate material modifier
The invention discloses a magnesium oxysulfate material modifier which is prepared by the following steps: mixing organic alkali and organic acid according to different proportions, carrying out melt mixing reaction to obtain an organic alkali/acid compound, and compounding the organic alkali/acid compound with phosphate, gluconate, a water reducing agent and a thickening agent to obtain the magnesium oxysulfate material modifier. The modifier can improve the composition of hydrates in the magnesium oxysulfate material, promote the generation of a large amount of a hydration product 517 phase with high strength and good water resistance, improve the pore structure in the magnesium oxysulfate material, reduce macropores and porosity, make the structure more compact, and further improve the mechanical strength and water resistance of the magnesium oxysulfate material.
本发明公开了一种硫氧镁材料改性剂,将有机碱与有机酸按不同比例混合,发生熔融混合反应得到有机碱/酸复合物,并将其与磷酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、减水剂、增稠剂进行复配,得到硫氧镁材料改性剂,此改性剂能够改善硫氧镁材料中水化物的组成,促进强度高、耐水性好的水化产物517相大量生成,并能够改善硫氧镁材料内部的孔隙结构,减少大孔并降低孔隙率,使结构更加密实,进而提升硫氧镁材料的力学强度以及耐水性。
