Construction method for spliced viaduct with prefabricated piers
The invention relates to a construction method for a spliced viaduct with prefabricated piers. The method comprises the following steps: building multiple bridge piers, and building bridge plates on the bridge piers. A concrete process for building a pier comprises the following steps: pouring the bottommost subsection of the pier on a construction site; overlapping and connecting a first prefabricated subsection with the bottommost subsection so as to realize increase in the height of the pier; then overlapping and connecting a second prefabricated subsection with the first prefabricated subsection to further increase the height of the pier; and increasing the height of the pier in the same way until a protection requirement is met, wherein the adjacent subsections are connected togetherthrough a plurality of inserting structures. The construction method has the advantage that a construction period can be shortened, and overcomes the problems that due to the fact that piers of an existing viaduct are of a cast-in-place structure, the construction period is long when the piers are high and a formwork supporting frame is inconvenient to build.
本发明涉及一种桥墩预制拼接式高架桥建筑方法,建筑若干桥墩,在桥墩上建筑桥板,建筑桥墩的具体过程为,在施工现场浇筑位于最底下的分段,将第一个预制好的分段叠接到最底下的分段上实现桥墩的高度增加,再将第二个预制好的分段叠接到第一个预制好的分段上再实现桥墩的高度增加,依次类推而将桥墩的高度增加到防护要求,相邻的所述分段之间通过若干个插接结构连接在一起。本发明具有能够缩短施工周期的优点,解决了现有的高架桥的桥墩为现浇结构导致的桥墩高时施工周期长且搭建模板支撑架时不便的问题。
