Civil construction method for ground foundation and pile foundation of high-rise building
The invention discloses a civil construction method for a ground foundation and a pile foundation of a high-rise building, and belongs to the technical field of building construction. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a target soil body to replace a soil body in the original ground foundation; adopting the processes of vibrating compaction and mechanical grinding for the ground foundation; draining water in soil layers of the ground foundation through a drainage consolidation construction technology; mutually bonding the soil layers in the ground foundation by virtue of mechanical substances, and then stirring the soil layers by virtue of mechanical equipment; determining pile positions, determining a surveying setting-out position by virtue of a steel rule and a theodolite, and in combination with construction drawings, and marking by virtue of wood piles; stacking tube piles by virtue of a pile hoisting technology, and in combination with a construction sequence andthe length of the tube piles, and arranging bolster layers between the ground and tube piles; and drilling in a pile foundation hole-forming manner, and arranging the pile foundation. According to the civil construction method for the ground foundation and the pile foundation of the high-rise building, through treatment for the ground foundation and the pile foundation, the strength of the groundfoundation is increased, and the stability and the bearing capacity of the building are improved; and moreover, the earthquake resistance of the building can further be improved, and the quality of integral construction is guaranteed.
