The invention discloses a pile head waterproof structure and a construction method thereof. A waterproof roll is laid first, then a post-pouring pile head is formed through pouring, the waterproof roll and the post-pouring pile head are formed into a whole, a buffer rod is arranged at the end of the post-pouring pile head, thus the waterproof roll can settle along with settlement of the post-pouring pile head, the conditions that the waterproof roll is stressed and torn due to settlement of the pile head are avoided, and waterproof integrity and reliability are ensured. A settlement sealing strip is of a special structure, and under extrusion of the post-pouring pile head, inside sealant is extruded continuously to seal the waterproof roll, a foundation pile head and the post-pouring pilehead. In addition, along with settlement of the building, extrusion pressure of the post-pouring pile head becomes large, more sealant in the settlement sealing strip is extruded, thus the waterproofroll and the pile heads are sealed more tightly, water prevention is more reliable, and a virtuous cycle is formed accordingly. The pile head waterproof structure and the construction method thereof provided by the invention are suitable for cast-in-place piles, precast piles, hollow piles and other various pile heads of different models and shapes and are high in practicability.
本发明公开了一种桩头防水结构及其施工方法,通过先铺设防水卷材再浇筑后浇桩头,防水卷材和后浇桩头形成一体,并在后浇桩头端部设置缓冲棒,使防水卷材能够随着后浇桩头的沉降而一起沉降,不会因桩头沉降导致防水卷材受力而被撕裂,保证防水的完整性和可靠性。沉降密封条采用特殊构造,在后浇桩头的挤压下,内部的密封胶不断被挤出,密封防水卷材、基础桩头和后浇桩头,并且随着建筑的沉降,后浇桩头挤压压力变大,沉降密封条内部的密封胶更多的被挤出,使得防水卷材与桩头密封的更加紧密,防水更加可靠,从而形成良性循环。本发明提供的桩头防水结构及其施工方法适用于灌注桩、预制桩、空心桩等各种不同型号、不同形状的桩头,实用性大。
