The invention relates to a superposed embedded column provided with a vertical stress reinforcing steel bar of a large diameter edge member in a cavity and a prefabricated wall. A vertical structure reinforcing steel bar of a small diameter edge member is only configured in a prefabricated concrete wallboard to form an embedded column reinforcement cage with a stirrup and a tie bar of the edge member, and the upper and lower ends of the vertical structure reinforcing steel bar of the edge member do not extend outside the prefabricated concrete wallboard and do not take part in structural stress calculation; a single-row large diameter vertical reinforcing steel bar is configured in the cavity as a vertical stress reinforcing steel bar of the edge member in the cavity, takes part in structural stress calculation, and the vertical stress reinforcing steel bars of upper and lower edge members are connected by a reinforcing steel bar joint in the cavity, so that the stress is reliable, andthe use level of the vertical reinforcing steel bars of a wall is not increased. Concrete is post-poured in a cast-in-place cavity to form the superposed embedded column. The structural production stage can prevent the vertical reinforcing steel bar of the edge member from interfering the prefabricated wall, so that it is convenient to produce the prefabricated wall. A field mounting stage can prevent double-row vertical connecting reinforcing steel bars in the superposed embedded column from affecting the mounting precision of the prefabricated wall, so that it is favorable to improve the mounting efficiency and the mounting precision of the prefabricated wall.
