The invention discloses an assembly type self-resetting tower type structure which is used for connecting two tower body assembling pieces which are in butt joint up and down. The assembly type self-resetting tower type structure comprises a base plate, overhanging plates, anchor rods and belleville spring sets, wherein the base plate is cushioned and fixed between the ends of the two tower body assembling pieces which are in butt joint up and down, the two overhanging plates are horizontally fixed to the side walls, close to the butt joint ends, of the two tower body assembling pieces correspondingly, the multiple anchor rods are vertically arranged, the two ends of the anchor rods penetrate through the two overhanging plates and are connected in a fastening mode through high-strength nuts, the two ends of the anchor rods are sleeved with the belleville spring sets, and the belleville spring sets are arranged between the overhanging plates and the high-strength nuts in an abutting mode. According to the assembly type self-resetting tower type structure, the problems that the tower body assembly pieces of tower type structures are complex in installation, a traditional flange plateis thick, and residual displacement after an earthquake is large are solved, and the structure has the function of capable of normally playing a role in use under the action of earthquake loads or wind loads.
